Hotel Baja - Tijuana

The location was quite convenient for shopping.

During our two-night stay, we faced a terrible situation. My mother was alone in the room and someone entered without permission, alarming. When we reported it, the management showed no concern and dismissed our complaints about possible fleas. On top of that, the staff was rude, telling us it was our fault for bringing the fleas in. This left us feeling unsafe and unwelcome.

Clean hotel, enjoyed to be very close to "El Copeo " & Las Pulgas night club and centro thanks to good and amazing location. We had an a twin room with soft bed and central heating, pay television and an iron. We had a private bathroom.

The rooms with a newly renovated bathroom. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and favourable location for my purposes.

Didn't like anything, except rudeness.

What shines and what doesn't

The location on 5th Street is fantastic! The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a soft mattress-great for a restful night's sleep!

Unfortunately, there was no closet for clothing. Just drawers for storage. Wi-Fi was unreliable .

The room was super comfy, with a tv and efficient air conditioning. It felt spacious and clean. The location was perfect for exploring local shops and dining in the Centro zone. I found some great deals nearby. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, inconvenient. I would have appreciated more reliable connectivity .

I loved the easy access to nearby attractions like Mercado Hidalgo, just under a kilometer away, and the Tijuana Cultural Center, almost 2 km on foot. My room was clean and comfy.

It exceeded my expectations, especially after my previous experience in tijuanas' hotels. The location was perfect for strolls around the centro zone.

This hotel is in a great central location, with clean rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. The $34 nightly rate for a fan room is a steal, although it lacks a closet. While hot water takes a bit to warm up at night, morning showers are fine. Definitely a solid choice!

Clean, nicely decorated rooms with good lighting. Solid mattress support combined with an adequate cable TV lineup makes downtime enjoyable.

The absence of closets or hangers is a bit inconvenient, limiting your options for clothing storage. Hot water can take a few extra minutes to warm up at night, something to plan around, especially if you're in a rush after a long day. The location, while decent, sees a fair amount of street noise that might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Convenient Location 📍: This place is situated near El Copeo and the downtown area.

Safe hotel with comfortable rooms and a private bathroom. The staff is amicable and respectful. Great location close to everything. Close to the San Ysidro border crossing as well as Las Pulgas night club.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. the beds were soft. - the location was great, not too far from Emporium. - I really enjoyed this hotel and would like to come again.
